Shipping policy
Dispatch times
All orders received before 9am AEST on a business day are shipped same-day, otherwise next business day. We send all orders from our office in Redcliffe, Queensland.
Shipping method & tracking
Your order will be sent using the shipping method you choose at checkout. Once it has been dispatched we will email you instructions on how to track this electronically. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail and make sure you can receive emails from info (at) ozwellness.com.au.
Insurance & loss/damages
All orders are insured. In the event of loss or damage we will replace the items to the same shipping address free of charge. If you have not received your order, please submit an inquiry with the shipping carrier as to its whereabouts. If it is deemed to be lost, please contact us here and we will resend it for you.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it for further instructions. Please include a photo of the damaged packaging when contacting us here. We will then work with you to send a replacement free of charge.
Incorrect address details
If you provide an incorrect address on your order, please notify us ASAP here with the correct details so we can amend your shipment. If your order has already been shipped, we will endeavor to contact the shipping company to fix this, but i the event it is too late, we are no longer be responsible for your order. For this reason please be sure to provide the correct details at checkout.
