Refunds & returns
We 100% stand behind all OzWellness Australia products. If you are not happy with your purchase please send it back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your order (less shipping costs). Please contact us here to organise a return. We do not issue refunds for a change-of-mind so please choose carefully before you place your order.
Limitation of advice and claims
All information on this website and our product packaging is NOT intended to provide any type of diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. We make no claims or guarantees in regards to the use of our products and any potential health or cosmetic outcomes you may experience. Nothing on this site should replace or supersede any medical advice or treatment you are currently undertaking. Order fees & charges
Unfortunately, due to the ever-changing requirements, laws and charges for the importation of goods in different countries, OzWellness cannot be responsible for additional costs incurred after you place your order, nor any government policy refusing entry, loss, damage, destruction, return or additional charges, taxes or penalties on imported products. You are responsible to pay for, and carry out any administrative tasks associated with:
- Import duties and taxes
- Customs fees and charges
- Goods affected by local government requirements/actions
- Additional fees, levies, excises or other charges
Customer service & order fulfillment
At OzWellness we are committed to providing quality products and customer service. At all times we strive to have our website and product listings and pricing up to date and current. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to lack of availability or due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, we will contact you within 24-48 business hours to arrange a mutually agreed upon outcome of an alternative product, back-order or full refund.
Any disputes arising from the use of the OzWellness website, products or terms & conditions contained in this document, shall be subject to the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree that any legal proceedings can only be filed and conducted within the courts of Queensland, Australia.
