Shipping & online payment
We use Australia Post for all deliveries in Australia and overseas. All orders can be tracked online and require a signature on delivery (except where marked). All orders received before 9am AEST are sent same-day otherwise next business day.
Australia shipping rates - free for orders over $100
All orders within Australia are sent using Express or Regular Post satchels which you can choose at checkout. Express Post requires a signature upon delivery.

We send all overseas orders via Australia Post International express. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and times are business days.

Returns & refunds
We stand behind all OzWellness products. If you are not happy with your purchase please send it back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your order (less shipping costs). Please contact us here to organise a return or view our full terms & conditions here.
Frequently asked questions
Generally there are no taxes or processing fees, however on occasion some countries customs departments do charge a small import tax. This is quite rare however and is dependent on your local government. You are responsible to pay and organise any taxes or duties. We fill out all the required customs declarations and forms (CN23) from our end when we send your order so you do not have to do anything for this. All orders sent to Australia include tax and do not attract any additional fees.
Yes. Both within Australia and overseas we can send to PO boxes via Australia Post.
Yes. if you are not happy with your purchase - or - if it arrives faulty or damaged, we will happily refund or replace your order if you return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. To organise a return/refund please contact us here for instructions and a return address.
No matter what happens we will make sure you receive your order. All shipments sent can be tracked, so the first step is to enter your tracking number at the Australia Post website to see where your order is at. If there are any problems the first thing you can do is lodge an enquiry with Australia Post from the tracking page. If there are any problems we will resend your order free of charge.
