OzWellness emu oil shampoo can be used like any normal shampoo to help cleanse your hair and scalp daily or as required. It just has the added benefit of emu oil to aid in soothing irritated, dry, compromised and inflamed scalp skin, while also helping to tame the frizz and lessen those split ends.
This depends on how you use our products. For a more intense treatment for scalp and hair health you can use OzWellness emu oil as a hot oil treatment. This is where you warm the oil up and then liberally apply to your scalp and through the ends of your hair. Leaving it for at least 20 mins. This will need to be washed out so your hair is not left greasy and lanky. Our shampoo can be used as normal to cleanse your hair while aiding your scalp from dryness, dandruff and psoriasis. The oil can be used very sparingly at the ends of the hair for frizziness and split ends as a leave in treatment, please only use a very small amount.
